The Museum Guild is an organization of volunteers who support the Museum and help to provide funding for Art Camp scholarships. Guild members serve in the following areas: reception desk/gift shop, docent/tour guide, clerical, receptions/openings (includes decoration, food preparation and assorted hostess duties), and the Museum Gala.

The Museum Guild Board of Directors for 2008-09 include: Consuelo Rose, President; Nancy Winston, Vice-President and Gala Chair; Bianca Walker, Secretary; Jennifer Farmer, Treasurer; Beverly Slaughter, Membership; Maria Davis, Rosie Johnson and Anita Martin, Festival of Trees Chairs; B. J. Viet, Parliamentarian.
