There has never been a better time to join the Museum of East Texas as a member. Since 1976, the Museum has existed so that the people, especially the children of East Texas, could have the same culturally enriching opportunities as those in urban areas. Keeping our doors open for no admission fee is central to our founding principles and your support through a membership enables us to continue to provide outstanding exhibitions and programming to our community for no cost.

Additionally, we are changing our Members' Gala to a truly only Members' Gala. The date is December 8 from 7 to 9 and tickets will be sent out to members ahead of time. Your membership levels determines the number of tickets you receive, and members who join at the Collector level and above will have a reserved table that evening. It is always a beautiful holiday event and time of celebration and we hope to see you there!

As we look to the future of the Museum, we are planning to add some members' only events throughout the year and invitations to those events will start at the Friend level.
